Built in 1939, the Museum (a part of the San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park) is a marvel of art-deco style with classic terrazzo floors and fanciful murals and mosaics created by renowned artists Sargent Johnson and Hilaire Hiler, and was constructed in the Streamline Moderne style to resemble an ocean liner.
With breathtaking views of the San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and Angel Island, the newly restored grounds surrounding the museum as well as the outdoor patios located on all three floors offer guests world-renowned views of the most beautiful city on earth. Global Gourmet Catering is proud to be a preferred wedding caterer for this amazing gem of the San Francisco Maritime National Park Association!
