We just completed a monster three-day photo shoot this week and thought we’d provide you with you a little sneak preview of the results. We worked again with the incredibly talented Joyce Pool and her crew at Joyce Oudkerk Pool Photography in San Francisco, who once again crafted some beautiful photographs depicting a sampling of our catering company’s culinary and beverage programs.
Here are a couple of photos from the event featuring a Grilled Lamb Chop with Polenta Gratin, Brussels, Pancetta and Carmelized Cauliflower and Radicchio Herb Slaw plated entree, and a Desert Station featuring our Lychee Macaroon, Coffee Amber, Petite Hazelnut Mousse, Coconut Panna and Crème Bruleé Egg.
