Newly Renovated Venue With Flexible Event Space

The Masonic received a multimillion dollar renovation that has transformed the historic venue into a space unlike any other of its size in the Bay Area. With significant upgrades and updates, the new Masonic is a prime venue for hosting banquets, weddings and receptions tailored for your specific catering needs. The change from a fixed seat venue to a flexible, mutli-tiered venue makes the uses of the Masonic become endless. The hall can accommodate up to 200 wedding guests for receptions. A full-sized prep-warming kitchen and freight elevator complete this facility.

Special Event Facilities

Grand Lobby and Mezzanine: The pillared porch welcomes you into its beautiful marble and terrazzo lobbies on two floors with awe-inspiring views of San Francisco and neighboring Grace Cathedral. Featuring a 60-foot-high endo-mosaic window by renowned artist Emile Norman, both lobbies offer the perfect venue for wedding receptions to seated dinners. These spaces also can be used in conjunction with the auditorium, exhibition hall or for stand-alone events.

Auditorium: With excellent acoustics and an intimate seating arrangement, the Auditorium is an exceptional venue for weddings and receptions. The tiered open floor plan provides event flexibility of numerous configurations while the Auditorium offers concert hall-quality equipment with dual sound systems and an extensive array of lighting and audiovisual equipment.

Exhibition Hall: The 16,500-square-foot Exhibition Hall plays host to weddings, banquets and receptions and can be used in conjunction with the Auditorium or for a stand-alone event.

California Room: Features bay windows with views of Huntington Park and the San Francisco Bay — perfect for wedding receptions and small concerts.
