Garo Eldemir, Director of Beverage — Fort Point Beer Company’s Westfalia, San Francisco, CA
Fort Point has made a delicious red ale. I have never been a big red ale fan, but this brew has pushed me to expand my beer world. And they make it in the Presidio. How cool is that?

Mike Sher, Partner and Director of Concessions — Anchor Steam Brewing Company’s California Lager, San Francisco, CA
The California is a local lager from a historic San Francisco brewery. I’m not into the microbrew hops trend; this is a great lager with a lot of body.

Michelle Kohm, Chef de Cuisine — Holy Craft Brewing Company’s Magnum Opus, San Francisco, CA
Holy Craft’s Magnum Opus is one of the best (if not the best) local Belgian-style ales I have had. Why? Because it is just freakin’ delicious.

Howie Martin, Executive On-Site Chef — Marin Brewing Company’s Mt. Tam Pale Ale, Larkspur, CA
I love Mt. Tam; it’s hoppy with a perfect medium-high bitterness.

Val Armstrong, Executive On-Site Sous Chef — Lagunitas’ Brewing Company’s Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ Ale, Petaluma, CA
I love Lagunitas’ Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ Ale because it’s not too hoppy but still has bold flavor.

Michael Horsely, Sales Coordinator — North Coast Brewing Company’s Old Raputin, Fort Bragg, CA
Old Raputin is widely regarded as one of the finest stouts in the world and is best enjoyed served on nitro (like a Guinness). They also barrel-age this beer for their “Reserve List” series, which takes an already world-beating brew and adds a level of sophistication that is unmatched.

Zach Goldstein, Sales Coordinator — Drake Brewing Company’s Denogginnizer DIPA, San Leandro, CA
Having tried many IPA’s in my day, I find the Denogginnizer to have a complex flavor profile that’s never heavy handed but full of character. It’s a super drinkable double IPA; probably the best IPA I’ve ever had.

Matt Robinson, Sales Coordinator — Bear Republic Brewing Company’s Racer 5, Heladsburg, CA
Racer 5 is a nice and hoppy, full-bodied IPA with floral and citrus notes. It doesn’t feel as heavy as it actually is, which is why I, like so many others, have jumped aboard the Racer 5 bandwagon.
