The promo featured the combined efforts of the San Francisco Travel Association and the brand new Exploratorium, which opens to the public on April 17th. Over 1,400 hospitality industry insiders were treated to an early preview of the highly anticipated new museum at its new location at Pier 15 on San Francisco’s Embarcadero. Guests enjoyed a wide variety of specialty food and beverages from San Francisco’s top catering companies.
The custom menu from Global Gourmet Catering included Beef Cheeks and Bourbon Roasted Shallots, Goat Cheese & Asparagus Spoon Bread, Olivera Ranch Poached Quail Egg, Orange Fennel Slaw, “Old Fashion” Guittard Dark Chocolate, Raspberry Bulleit Mousse and Smokey Hazelnut Dacquoise, and refreshing Stone Sours.
