We are so excited to share that a wedding we catered last year was just featured on Style Me Pretty. Reyna and Ryan are a gorgeous couple that we had the pleasure of working with. The stunning wedding was designed by the talented Alicia K Designs and we provided the food and beverage service.
We incorporated strawberries into some of our dishes and drinks as an homage to the groom’s family, who happen to be strawberry farmers in Watsonville. The menu included:
San Francisco Cioppino (the bride and groom’s favorite)
Strawberry, Burrata and Thai Basil Caprese
Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
and
Angus Beef Short Rib
For late night munchies we prepared White Cheddar, Caramel and Parmesan Herb Gourmet Popcorn as well as Kara Age Sliders which consisted of Japanese-style marinated fried chicken.
We stirred up some specialty cocktails for everyone as well including a Strawberry Basil Lemonade and a Cucumber Mule, which were a huge hit.
We feel so lucky to have been able to witness this special day between such an amazing and generous couple. Thank you Reyna and Ryan!
