You know you have a party of epic proportions when new design, trending food and a killer view all come together. We partnered with Allied PRA recently to create a truly unique experience for an event we catered at picturesque Pier 27, where we had the opportunity to introduce some exciting new items.

Our award-winning in-house event designer, Rafael Campos, created a beautiful custom-built ladder display featuring individual miniature mason jars of our Japanese, Latin and Mediterranean “Chips and Dips.” Next to this we had our Fisherman’s Wharf Crudo Bar, which held an assortment of seafood and vegetarian crudo in ice displays.

The most popular display was definitely our new Flavor Train – a new station we created for this event to serve plates of Larb Gai, Black and Blue Pub Pie, and Wild Mushroom and Pepper Jack Cheese Empanadas on a moving custom-built electric train.
