Three days of the most mind-blowing and newest innovations to hit the tech world, and an After Hours Party that some have likened to Coachella, was, in a word, legendary. We of course are referring to the annual Google I/O Developers Conference held this year at Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View. Once again, Global Gourmet had the pleasure of catering the conference and, as always, we were blown away by what it had to offer.

In addition to serving breakfast and lunch during the three action-packed days, we introduced some new items at the always spectacular After Hours Bash. For example, we served our new Blue Bottle BBQ Parfaits with Coffee-Rubbed Pulled Pork and Housemade BBQ Sauce layered over Jalapeno Corn Bread and topped with a colorful and creamy Celery Seed Slaw.

We also premiered our new Korean Rice Bowls that featured the delectable tastes of Spicy Chicken, Steamed Rice, Kimchi, Egg, Pickled Vegetables and Spicy Gochujang Sauce.

Colorful lights filled the night sky at the After Hours Bash and guests were treated to acrobatics, a New Orleans inspired jazz procession, a Karaoke rickshaw, different themed and elaborately decorated discos in domed tents, hula hoops, bubbles and much, much more!
