At Global Gourmet Catering, custom beverages are just as important to us as custom menus. In fact, mixed drinks are often where we see our clients’ personalities shine the most. We even have our own Director of Mixology (yes, that’s actually his title) who works alongside the sales team to continuously come up with new and innovative twists on beverages to personalize them for each event.

For example, you can request a signature drink that matches your company’s brand identity, or have custom monogrammed ice cubes to highlight your logo. We can include a garnish that nods to your event venue, source ingredients from your favorite local spots, or even imprint your company logo on a bed of foam made from our in-house ripple machine.

Not only can we make a mean cocktail, but at Global Gourmet we also pride ourselves on our extensive options for custom mocktails. These are growing in popularity at work events (when you don’t want to get too sloppy around the Boss), social events (we want the kids to feel just as cool as the adults at weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs), or at event venues that are a little too far from home-base. (Thank you, Designated Drivers! Please drink responsibly!) We don’t want anyone to feel left out of the festivities, so we make sure our mocktails are just as beautiful, elaborate, and delicious as our custom cocktail creations.

So whether you’re looking to spice up your holiday party this year, express your individuality with a unique “His and Hers” cocktail duo at your wedding, or just hankering to try a new twist on an old favorite, GGC has the mixology masterpiece for you. And if we don’t, we’re always willing to try out new recipes – and we have plenty of volunteers on our team who would be happy to run taste tests to ensure that every sip is sublime.
