The venue was vintage, the entertainment was lively, and the event was spectacular. That’s right, we’re talking about Dreamforce’s huge annual Dreamfest Gala that took place this year at Pier 70 with live and energetic performances from Gary Clark Jr., The Killers and the Foo Fighters.
Keeping over 28,000 guests full and happy can be tricky, but we pulled out all the stops to make it a night their taste buds wouldn’t soon forget.
We filled different stations throughout the venue with savory creations for everyone to enjoy. Guests munched on their choice of Chicken or Mushroom Bahn Mi dumplings as well as Crispy Pork and Chicken Potstickers delicately drizzled with Sweet Chili Sauce.
Under the vibrant and ever-changing florescent lights of the main building glistened individual portions of Cheddar and Bacon Mac and Cheese and Cheddar Mac and Cheese with Streusel Topping.
For those craving some deep fried fare, we served a special Latin Poutine which consisted of Sweet Potato Waffle Fries nestled under layers of Shredded Chicken Mole, Queso Fresco and Spicy Pickled Vegetables.
We had so much fun catering this event and loved the challenge and success that it brought. Everyone involved did an amazing job and we are still singing the songs from the star-studded performances. On to the next great event…
