If you happen to work for Dolby you were perhaps lucky enough to experience their incredible Rock and Roll themed holiday party (complete with customized guitars as props and centerpieces) with 900 of your closest friends and co-workers at City View Metreon, produced by 2 the 9s Events and catered by Global Gourmet Catering.
Event guests were greeted with champagne, and kiosk tables were adorned with metallic linens with custom “Dolby” guitar picks you could take home. Rock and roll poster displays created rock lounge areas complete with coffee tables that were actually “dead cases” utilized as lounge coffee tables to have the feel
of a rock and roll concert.
Food service included a catered oyster station with chefs making Bloody Mary sorbets to order to top off the oysters, hand rolled sushi, Hong Kong shui mai, a Brazilian carving station, and house made push up pops with seasonal flavors such as Pumpkin, Eggnog, Peppermint, and a Pear Sorbet with Cranberry.
