We love being able to create experimental and fun menus to make an event as tasty and intriguing as possible. Catering the Adobe Digital Marketing Symposium at Nob Hill Masonic for 300+ guests allowed us to let our creativity run free. With the light from the sunny and cloudless day peeking in through the large stained glass lobby window, we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful setting.

The Networking Luncheon started with a sandwich station with Shooters of Chilled Sweet Corn Soup rimmed with Bacon Salt and topped with our signature creamy Bacon Bubbles and individual jars of Japanese and Provence Chips and Dips decorated with elegant wooden forks.

For a mid-afternoon break, guests were invited to help themselves at the Rejuvenation Station where they could fill their stomachs with healthy options as well as sate their sweet tooths with some treats. On display were mini shooters of Yogurt Dip with Fruit Skewers and Hummus with Vegetable Skewers, Sour Cherry and Vanilla Mascarpone Flummery among other miniature bites.

As the setting sun cast a dim and darkening glow on the Masonic and the symposium wound down, the lights inside the lobby came to life and our servers sprang into action to feed everyone once more. Our bartenders served beautiful pink Hibiscus Mules in shiny copper mugs to compliment the selections at the various food stations.

From the Raw Bar, guests sampled the finest sweet and savory Sushi Hand Roll creations with fresh Kappa, California, Tobiko, Hamachi and many other unique sushi combinations expertly rolled by professional sushi chefs.

The other raw delicacy we offered was a delicious science experiment: Oyster Dippin’ Dots. Freshly shucked Marin Miyagi Oysters on the Half Shell were topped with Lemon and Cilantro Pearls made to order with Liquid Nitrogen.

Dessert was another fun display that consisted of the aptly named Bubble Yum station. Mini cups of Orange Blossom Panna Cotta were topped with Old Fashion Bourbon Bubbles that contained the flavor profile of the classic cocktail and were created in full view for all to see.

We had a lot of fun with the menu for this great event and want to thank Adobe for letting us be a part of it!
