Café Valor (formerly known as C+M) is conveniently located downtown in the lobby of the War Memorial Veterans Building. Join us for a quick breakfast, lunch, or snack when we reopen in Summer 2023.

Café Valor is located in the northeast corner of the Veterans Building on the ground floor at 401 Van Ness Avenue. It is open to the general public Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm and is a popular coffee/breakfast and lunch location for locals, business people and government employees working in the neighborhood.
Café Valor features a changing menu of locally-sourced, seasonal breakfast and lunch items, including hot breakfast sandwiches, freshly baked pastries, fresh seasonal fruit, parfaits, salads, milkshakes, coffees, espresso drinks and artisan teas. Join us for an afternoon snack.

The café hosts a rotating collection of art from local artists from the San Francisco Arts Commission, in addition to the SFAC's main gallery at the War Memorial Veterans Building in Suite 126. The art in Café Valor changes every 2-3 months.
