Last night 250 of the event industries’ leading planners were hosted by Live Nation at the historic Fillmore Auditorium for an epic celebration of food, wine, music and design: the International Society of Event Specialists (ISES) annual gala.

Guests enjoyed ‘60’s themed entertainment, specialty cocktails and a delicious three course dinner with wine pairing, followed by desert and dancing into the evening.

Blueprint Studios transformed the iconic San Francisco venue into an event design wonder! Global Gourmet Catering, the exclusive food and beverage services provider for the Fillmore, was thrilled to present Executive Chef Eric Magnani’s gorgeous Pan Roasted California White Sea Bass “En Barigoule” – Poached Castroville Artichokes, Applewood Smoked Baker’s Bacon, Fennel, Nicoise Olives, Fingerling Potatoes, and California Olive Ranch Arbequina Olive Oil for the entrée.

Napa Valley’s Grgich Hills provided the delicious wine pairing for our course: their 2010 Napa Valley Chardonnay. A great time was had by all!
