We absolutely adore Style Me Pretty and scour the pages daily to marvel at gorgeous weddings from around the world. It’s always a treat when one of our catering company’s weddings is featured in their publication, as it was this week!
Motomi and Jay were a wonderful couple who were married at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco and then celebrated at the Asian Art Museum.
The couple currently reside in Japan, so they wanted a light meal that represented San Francisco’s fine dining. Our chefs created a custom entrée of Duet of Seared Beef Tenderloin and Pan Seared Diver Scallops with Heirloom Tomato Panzanella, Basil Emulsion and Black Garlic-Balsamic Reduction. And as we mentioned before in an earlier post, our amazing pastry chef created the wedding cake of her dreams!
