We love catering events for inspirational companies and organizations like Aim High. Aim High is the largest provider of free summer learning opportunities in San Francisco with the goal to nurture the potential of middle school students from low-income neighborhoods and prepare them to be successful in high school and beyond. We were honored to cater their Fifth Annual Gala Fundraiser at City View Metreon to help raise funds to support their award-winning summer programs. It was an elegant night that featured a beautiful reception and an exciting Curiosity Lab that showcased hands-on projects that embodied the Aim High experience.
We started cocktail hour off with a selection of tray-passed hors d’oeuvres including mini Kalua Pork and Taro Root Tacos and Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Poke.
For the seated dinner, everyone started with a lovely Salad of Autumn Greens followed by a delicately cooked Breast of Chicken with Applewood Smoked Bacon, or a savory vegetarian option.
Dessert was a Passion Fruit and Pink Peppercorn Cheesecake, which added a sweet note to the end of an amazing night.
