Signature cocktails have been popular for a few years now and they have every reason to hold on to their popularity. It’s a great way to personalize your wedding menu and bar program by hosting the grooms favorite drink and brides favorite drink. Another wonderful aspect of the signature cocktail is that for couples who want to have a beer and wine only wedding, offering a signature cocktail that consists of “neutral” liquor such a vodka, allows guests to choose the signature cocktail or ask the bartender to make them something else such as a vodka soda instead, thus pleasing everyone!

Global Gourmet Catering’s Beverage Manager, Rachel Jacques, enjoys pushing the envelope and having fun with liquors to create drinks we’ve never seen, or drank, before. Recently she surprised us all when she walked around with what looked like a perfectly pealed mandarin orange slice, only to find out it was her new, creative, refreshing and delicious creation!
