Located in a tranquil forest grove overlooking San Francisco Bay, the Golden Gate Club is the Presidio’s largest celebration and meeting facility.

Built in 1949, it is one of the finest examples of the Mission-style architecture on the North coast. It now offers a spectacular setting for weddings, private parties, meetings, and conferences.

The Ventana Room features a two- story wall of windows overlooking the bay and lush forest-like surroundings. The spacious hall has cathedral ceilings, wooden dance floor and handsome fireplace accentuating the elegance and grandeur. Should your party require more space or if you would like to split it up there are two more ballrooms; the Hawthorne and Cypress rooms. These can host smaller events or are perfect for anything from children play areas to lounges with espresso bars. For just a little more space there are breakout rooms available on the second floor and a small mezzanine that overlooks the Ventana Room.
