A former railroad station, the Concourse Exhibition Hall is a 125,000 square food contemporary glass and steel pavilion is highlighted with sand blasted wood, wall-to-wall carpeting and sparkling glass.

Natural light pours through retractable skylights and clerestory windows. The Concourse Hall can be divided into two independent halls and is a popular location for large corporate events and major conventions. Guest capacity is up to 6,000 for a seated dinner and 10,000 for a reception.

What we love about this venue

For a huge event, the Concourse is terrific as it’s a blank slate. One could use the entire building just a partial section and still have a terrific event. You can buy out the building for days before the event which will help with load in and load out.
