Global Gourmet was asked to travel to Carmel, California to provide a completely customized food and wine paring experience for one of Napa Valley’s best-known high-end wine producers.

Their VIP guests enjoyed a menu created from local ingredients to complement a new releases celebration overlooking the Pacific Ocean, making for an unforgettable evening for all.

Sample station items included: Tuscon Grill and Berkel Slicer, Boccolone Lardo, Warm Garlic Scented Bruschetta with an Herb Roasted Mushroom Duxelle; San Danielle Black Label Prosciutto with Watsonville Organic Strawberries and Aged Balsamic; Sautéed Mushroom and Roasted Gilroy Garlic Rocotta Ravioli, with Pea Tendrils and Thyme Infused Pea Nage; La Plancha with Grimaud Farms Duck Confit and Black Bean Pupusas; and Frito with Crispy Watsonville Baby Artichokes, Monterey Bay Calamari, Green Bean, Lemon and Red Onion Rings, and Orange Saffron Aioli.
