Our menus feature the highest quality seasonal organic, natural and sustainably farmed produce, meats and seafood, and we work with purveyors from the Bay Area nine county region with rare exception: you won’t find raspberries on our menus in February because we won’t fly them in from other parts of the world that don’t meet these high standards. Our chefs create their own seasoned salts, smoke our own meats and seafood, make several cheeses and our delicious desserts in house.
